A Full Featured Email System<\/h5>\n<p>You should be using a full-featured email system in your office that allows you to access your email and your calendar from anywhere and from any device. An email system that should include features that allow you to share your calendar and emails with others in the office. It allows you to work more efficiently from anywhere and at any time.<\/p>\n<h5>2. A Remote Access Solutions<\/h5>\n<p>Have you or anybody from your team ever had to drive into the office just work on a file or a program? With a remote access solution it can be configured, so they can click on an icon, launch [a 00:00:00] desktop, login securely, and work just like you&#8217;re in the office from anywhere.<\/p>\n<h5>3. A Document Management Solution<\/h5>\n<p>Document management system. A document management system allows you and everybody in your office to organize all your individual files under one client area, your emails, your faxes, your research, so they can be easily retrieved and found.<\/p>\n<h5>4.
